Tips for Poster Presenters

Presenting a Poster

Poster boards are 4x6 in order for your posters to fit appropriately on the board the max size is: 42"x66" (3.5' x 5.5'). If you have any questions regarding the size please feel free to contact Shaunna Arnold at arnoldsh@upstate.edu. If you need help with your poster please contact marketing. To have posters printed there may be a charge.

Poster presenters are expected to be at the poster presentation on March 29, 2023 at 4 p.m. to showcase your poster. During the poster session, there will be people walking around and you will want to be present to answer any questions.
