Favorite thing about SUNY Upstate: Upstate offers students countless research opportunities due to the wide range of cutting-edge research being conducted by faculty. Also, the faculty and staff of the College of Graduate Studies are very supportive and show genuine interest in the academic and professional growth as well as the general wellbeing of students.

Favorite thing about Syracuse or Central New York: Syracuse has lots of beautiful tourist sites including museums, natural parks, lakes, mountains, & waterfalls. I love the fact that, Syracuse has a relatively low cost of living compared to other cities in the New York State.

What I do for fun: Soccer, board games, and watching movies.
