Favorite thing about SUNY Upstate:
Great place for me to do my Ph.D studies with access to clinical resources and top level research facilities.
Favorite thing about Syracuse or Central New York:
CNY area is a heaven place for outdoor adventures. I got the oppourtunity to explore one of the most beautiful mountain area in the US (the Adirondack park). Also, the distance to other state parks, finger lakes, lake ontario, and other beautiful places is very close for a weekend road trip.
What I do for fun: Hiking in adirondack park, NYS state parks and local recreation trails. Road cycling. Kayaking.
