The College of Graduate Studies will host the 24th Annual Biomedical Sciences Retreat on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 in-person at The Lodge Conference Center at Welch Allyn in Skaneateles, 4355 State Street Road, Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153.

Our collective safety and health remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor the ongoing pandemic and follow federal, state, local, and institutional guidance regarding appropriate safety practices. 

This day-long event is free to attend and features: faculty; guest speakers; the formal introduction of the incoming class of graduate students; and a poster session. The poster session will feature over forty students. Graduate student first-authored posters will be eligible for cash awards.

This is a great opportunity to catch up on the research happening around you at Upstate and to meet the new faculty and incoming class of graduate students.

Abstract Submission Deadline: 
Sunday, August 18, 2024 by midnight.  No submissions will be accepted after this date. 

RSVP/Registration Deadline: 
Friday, August 30, 2024 by noon.
