Your First Visit

New patients should expect to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour in the office for an office visit. This includes preparation, physician time, and discharge time. Subsequent visits will usually take less time, dependent on whether the patient is scheduled for a diagnostic test on the same day as their appointment. Reminder calls are made by the secretarial staff 2 days in advance.

All new patients are required to bring:

  • Insurance card to their initial visit
  • Available records
  • List of medications

Cancellations and appointments which must be rescheduled can most efficiently be handled by calling the necessary office.

Parking

Free parking is available in the adjacent lot. Ticket will be validated at check-out.

Emergencies

A physician is available by phone 24 hours a day and is reached through our office number, 315-464-6527. When patients call after hours, their call will be transferred to the answering service who will relay the message to the on-call physician. The on-call physician will respond to the call as soon as possible.

Life-threatening emergencies: Patients should call 911 for an ambulance to transport them to the nearest hospital or emergency department.
