The overarching goal for each child in the program is to decrease the occurrence of his/her challenging behavior such that, upon discharge, the child may be served in the least restrictive environment as well as to equip caregivers to best manage difficult behavior.

In order to provide individualized services that meet the specific needs of each child, the program offers the most advanced and comprehensive treatment services, as well as promotes generalization and maintenance of acquired skills.  Additionally, the program contributes to the development and improvement of effective treatments through clinical research.
