Stay Home

Do not go to work, school or public areas. Use grocery delivery or ask a friend to drop off supplies when needed. It's your responsibility to not spread the virus.

Self Quarantine

Stay in a specific room away from other people in your home. Use a separate bathroom, if possible. Do not share dishes, drinking glasses, utensils, towels, or bedding with others. After using these items, wash thoroughly with soap and hot water before use by others.

Wash Hands

Washing your hands properly with soap and water can help prevent the spread of the germs (like bacteria and viruses) that cause diseases. Scrub your hands for 20 seconds—or as long as it takes to sing the Happy Birthday song twice! Wash your hands after using the restroom, as soon as you come home, after coughing or blowing your nose and before making or eating food.

Many diseases, including Covid-19 are spread with droplets. Cough and sneeze into your elbow to reduce the risk of transmitting disease. Wash your hands after coughing or blowing your nose.
