Upstate Visitor Restrictions

There are visitor restrictions at all Upstate facilities at this time. Please check the links below for specific restrictions BEFORE you come in.

COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, is a respiratory disease that is affecting the world and spreads rapidly.

If you want to assess your risk quickly, our online tool will take you through the questions asked on the hotlines.

If you develop a fever, and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or shortness of breath, or have contact with someone who has traveled and is showing symptoms, please contact your primary care provider and describe your symptoms. If you don’t have a doctor use our chatbot for next steps. It is not advised to go to the emergency room first.
