Conferencing and Collaboration

We provide technical service and support for audio, video, web conferences on the Upstate Medical University campus.

We Also Provide

• Coordination of events, from finding compatible remote sites around the world to facilitating room reservations and AV set-ups
• Training and preparation for participants and presenters, as well as coordination of technicians at other participating facilities

Most of our services will have an associated fee. Service and equipment fees may be paid for by submitting a department name and billing account number, or invoice contact information.  Please visit Service and Equipment Rates or the Services area to find detailed pricing.
