COVID-19 Resources

Resources for Coping and Comfort

We recognize that there are no “perfect” strategies for coping with the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the many drastic changes to our lives we’ve all endured in the last few weeks. For now, “coping well” may mean that we take time to check in with ourselves, act kindly toward ourselves and others, and practice new or old ways of bringing ourselves back to center when things seem most distressing.

In that spirit, we invite you to explore the resources below and encourage you to find even just one practice, strategy, or new habit that will keep you a bit more comfortable in these difficult times.
