Medical Resident Information

Geneva Tower does offer housing for Medical Residents.
Medical Resident lease dates are from July 1st to June 30th the following year.
New Medical Residents have the opportunity to move in early for new employee orientation free of charge.
Medical Residents have the option of deferred payments for the first two months.
On site parking is available for $61 a month.

One Bedroom $1292.50 per month

Two Bedroom with roommate $1002.50 per month
