Upstate Employee COVID Testing
Upstate offers both symptomatic and asymptomatic testing for any Upstate staff or student.
Asymptomatic employees and students interested in pooled testing can visit our dedicated webpage. This testing meets the campus mandate for 100% testing of on-campus staff and students.
Employees who are located at the downtown campus who become symptomatic while at work can be tested on 2W/4W. Upstate employees can follow the process below to schedule an appointment:
- Call the employee resource line: 315-464-8436 (4THEN).
- The nurse will assess you and place an order.
- Log onto Self-Serve and register for an appointment. Go to My Information > Request Covid Test. Complete the information requested, mark that you prefer to be tested at UH, and submit request.
Employees who are located at the Upstate Community Hospital campus who become symptomatic while at work can be tested at Suite 1K in the POB South. No appointment or pre-registration is necessary. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm.
