Send an E-card through Volunteer Services

You may complete the form below to send a message to a patient currently admitted to Upstate Community Hospital. While your message is confidential, it is emailed to Volunteer Services. A volunteer prints and personally delivers your message to the patient and offers to respond to you on their behalf. Based on the patient's wishes, you may or may not get a reply.

This is not a confirmation that this person is a current patient or ever was a patient at Upstate Community Hospital.

Please note that e-cards are not delivered on weekends.
