Clinical Perfusion, MS: Prerequisites
The Clinical Perfusion Master's Program is a full-time, two-year program in clinical perfusion. The first year begins in the fall, and the program of study includes a minimum of 86.5 credit hours over the two years (including summer).
Pre-admissions Requirements
Before applying, applicants are encouraged to review the prerequisite courses for their intended program of study. The pre-admission requirements for the clinical perfusion program are:
- A baccalaureate degree
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (preference given to GPAs of 3.0 or better)
- Completion of prerequisite courses
- Minimum grade for transfer credits is a "C"
Prerequisite Courses
Prerequisite courses must be completed by the time of matriculation. Students may apply if prerequisite courses are in progress or planned to be completed by the time of matriculation.

- (1) Life Science Courses include: Anatomy, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Physiology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Zoology, Neuroscience, Biology, Genetics, Pathology, Evolutionary Biology, Cell Physiology, etc.
- (2) Physics can be algebra or calculus based.
- (3) Must include labs. Classes for science majors.
Statistics recommended
Minimum grade is a "C."
