Admission Requirements

The College of Health Professions is an upper-division transfer and graduate college offering degrees in many of the most in-demand health careers.

All students enter bachelor's degree programs at the College of Health Professions with a minimum of 60 college credits, and complete their junior and senior years of college at Upstate.

Students who already possess a bachelor's degree that covers the prerequisites for their bachelor's program of choice, can earn a new bachelor's degree. Students enter the graduate programs with a bachelor's degree and program requirements and continue on to earn a master's or doctorate degree.

Transfer students wishing to pursue a bachelor's degree may apply prior to completing required courses but must complete these prerequisites for their program of choice prior to enrolling.
