Your New Center Coming in Summer 2023

This state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer care center will be located at 5548 East Main Street in Verona — easily accessible from the NYS Thruway (Exit 33), Route 31, and Route 365 — and just 15 minutes away from the existing Oneida center.

The Verona center will continue Upstate’s tradition of offering true multi-disciplinary care by a team of expert surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and other specialists working together to manage each patient’s specific treatment.

When the new facility opens, services offered at the Upstate Cancer Center at Oneida will transfer to the Upstate Cancer Center at Verona.

We're Improving to Better Serve You

The new 30,000-square-foot facility will enable the Upstate Cancer Center to better serve community members in Madison and Oneida counties — offering radiation oncology, hematology-oncology, surgical clinics (urology), pathology, radiology, and services similar to those found at the main Upstate Cancer Center — without the need to travel to downtown Syracuse.

Features of the Upstate Cancer Center at Verona include:

• 15 infusion chairs
• 15 examination rooms
• 2 minor-procedure rooms
• on-site pharmacy

Plus, the following machines/diagnostic equipment:

• CT
• CT simulator
• MRI
• PET CT
• Varian TrueBeam
