Event Approval & Room Reservations
All events, fundraisers, charitable drives, meetings, off-campus gatherings must be approved through the Office of Campus Activities. Follow the students in the event request process through the Campus Life platform to submit requests.
If on-campus, Room reservations will be a part of the event submission through the Campus Life platform. Students will be notified once the event is approved. Room reservation confirmations are a part of the approval process.
Frequently Used Forms
Forms may be printed and turned into the Office of Campus Activities or the CAB Information Desk. Forms are still available to be picked up at the CAB Information Desk or the Office of Campus Activities.
Utilized for any changes in an organization's e-board or after elections.
