Building/Recreational Facilities Hours*

  • Monday-Friday: 6:30am - 10:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday: Noon - 9:00pm

Gym Schedule

  • Intramural Sports: Monday & Tuesday from 6:30pm - close
  • Group Fitness: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Regular Pool Hours

  • Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 11am - 2pm
  • Tuesday - Friday: 4:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Saturday and Saturday: 1:30 - 5:30pm

Group Fitness Class Schedule

  • Monday: Tabata with Abbie at 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: Bootcamp with Alli at 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: Yoga with Linda at 5:30pm
  • Thursday: HIIT with Kelly at 5:00pm
