Within Lucy Calhoun’s paintings, the imagined stories can be complex, but also found there is simple touch and value of self and others. We need these like we need air and sunshine, and perhaps the images in her work can play a part in manifesting more of this in our collective reality. Born in the Bahamas at the start of the 1970’s, Lucy now makes her home in Athens, Georgia, and is a graduate student of psychology.
