Our office works to support and promote program evaluation efforts through a variety of mechanisms. We aim to work with program leaders and stakeholders to craft and maintain meaningful systems for monitoring progress toward meeting program and institutional goals  that inform decision-makers at all levels.

We regularly work with our colleagues to:

• examine group level student outcomes (including scores on national exams, employment/placement rates, graduation and retention rates, publication rates, etc.)
• use qualitative and quantitative methodologies to collect information from current students
• create and implement Alumni and Residency Director surveys, including both program specific measures and measures of institutional success
• communicate the results of program evaluations and work with program leaders to establish next steps and follow-up processes
