Take an Oasis Class

At Oasis you can learn new things at an in-person class or online. While classes are the centerpiece, Upstate Oasis also provides health and fitness activities, travel, and volunteer opportunities.

Attend a HealthLink Seminar

HealthLink is an initiative of Upstate Medical University providing free health education to residents and health care professionals in Central New York. Seminars include in person and virtual options, and are presented by Upstate experts.
