Weight Management Skills
(Special Events for Upstate Employees)
Weight Management skills. Based on a study from Stanford University which demonstrated that if you learn 5 weight stability skills, you will learn how to control your weight. The class will teach a new skill each week starting on Thrusday Jan 31 and go weekly for 5 Thursdays and end with a "Graduation" on March 6th.
The class is offered twice on Thursday. Once at 12 noon and again at 12:30. Yes, we do hope to tape the instructors and put it on the wellness website incase you miss a week.
Your instuctors will be Suzanne Brisk, Terry Podolok, Dr. Simmons, Maureen Franking and the Student Counseling Center interns. There is no weigh-in. Since this is a brand new program we hope offer this again in the future.
