If you have ever wanted to slow down your eating and beging to think about mindful eating process, then this is for you. Terry Podolak, RD, Morrison, will offer 2 sessions on how to eat mindfully. One at 12 and another at 12:30. Mindful eating helps you slow down and enjoy your foods more - and also eat less!
