Mindful Meal Community Campus
(Pathway to Wellness)
This program will be offered at 11:30 - 12 and again at 12 noon. Please bring your own meal or eat at the cafe as you usually do. Mindful eating is the opposite of Mindless eating- where you just put something in your mouth with out thinking about it. This experiential opportunity helps you really taste and enjoy each bite of your food so that you eat less and enjoy more! Come give it a try. Please RSVP which time and campus location.
