If your New Year's resolution is to quit smoking, join us for some extra support as you make the transition to a new, healthier, smoke-free you! Learn how to set yourself up for success in quitting smoking for good. Recieve a personalized quit plan; learn about medication options, New York State Smoker's Quitline resources, stress management, maintenance and relapse prevention techniques.
