Do Antidepressants Really Work Better Than Placebo?

Most clinical trials of antidepressants show the active compound to separate only modestly from a placebo control. This talk will review some of the potential explanations for this. Are antidepressants so bad, is placebo so good, or is this a reflection of the methodology used in industry sponsored clinical trials?
