You can prepare for your new baby through the hospital's Expectant Parent Program. In preparation for a healthy, satisfying pregnancy and birth experience, you will learn childbirth options and how to care for your newborn from experience health professionals.

The classes are taught by a nurse with maternal and child health training and are taken during the last trimester of pregnancy. Expectant mothers should call to register early in her second trimester as class size is limited.

New this year: The fee for the Expectant Parent Program includes the optional Hospital Breastfeeding: Planning for Success Class.

Class fee assistance may be available for qualified individuals. Please call 492-5152 to inquire.
