  Correctional Mental Health Law: What's New?  
(CME Course)

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Physicians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Social Workers and Mental Health Providers

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1) Recognize the need for adequate housing and avoid overcrowding for prisoners with mental illness.
2) Describe conditions and rights of inmates in punitive isolation.
3) Discuss evolving mental health correctional law for the purpose of patient care and liability prevention.
