 The Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program consists 
 of the ancient discipline of Tai Chi which 
 combines agile steps with joint-safe movement 
 to improve strength, mobility, breathing, 
 balance, concentration and relaxation for greater 
 control over daily life.  \n
 Mondays 4:30-5:30
