AMBULATORY Services

The new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center is a 7-bed acute-recovery unit with an adjacent 17-bed Pre/Post Care Unit.

This is a hospital-based center which provides non-traditional private rooms. Members of the Ambulatory Surgery area work as a team, blending each specialty into a total patient-oriented environment.

The Pre/Post Care Area individualizes and streamlines each patient care experience. The unit prides itself on the care it provides, particularly to its pediatric population. The unit encourages parents to play a strong and active role in their child's surgical experience.

The center is proud of its four spacious operating room suites which are staffed by skilled and specialized staff.

We have recently expanded our services to include an Electrophysiology and Cardiac Catherization Lab. A special procedure room is also available.
