60 Day Retention Program

As part of the orientation process, experienced nurses entering the workforce at Upstate or transferring employees changing departments will have an opportunity to experience the 60 day Retention Program. This program is designed to assess the initial on boarding and department orientation experiences. One on one sessions or phone conversation with the Retention Associate, after 60 days on the unit, will be scheduled individually. In addition a zoomerang survey should be completed.
