Hendrich Fall Prevention Education

Please read or print the following instructions before accessing the Hendrich Fall Prevention Education website.

1. Click this link to access the website Hendrich Fall Prevention Education: upright
2. User Name: Use your groupwise email name followed by " @ upstate.edu ".
   Example User Name: Linda Glow would log in as glowl@upstate.edu
3. Password: "umunurse"
4. Select submit.
5. Listen to the introduction OR select "SKIP"
6. Fill out the form on the next webpage. Please note that the program will ask you to set your own password. Save this new password since you will use this new password for any future access to the program.
7. If requested, select Nurse or Assistive Personnel according to your job title. Therapists (PT, OT) please select Nurse.
8. Select Submit.
