• Infection Control Self-Study Syllabus and Post-Test
• Safety at Work (SAW) Self-Study Manual*

*Not required for health professionals; required for physicians.

If you are renewing or applying for Moderate Sedation privileges:

• Moderate Sedation Packet for Providers
• Moderate Sedation Video (uses Real Player to view).
