Financial Analysis & Business Planning

The department of Financial Analysis and Business Planning is responsible for the systematic gathering and analysis of market and internal data with the primary objective of providing information for strategic decision making. In addition, the department is charged with providing assistance to other departments in developing business plans in accordance to the Clinical Program Assessment policy (C19) as outlined in University Hospital's administrative policy manual.
