Monthly speakers on topics of interest, such as:
- Driving after stroke
- Diet changes
- Drug interactions
- Alternative medications
- Tai Chi
- P.A.C.E. of CNY
- Light hearted speakers like Joy Germ Joan and even a story teller.
We have added social activities beyond the monthly meeting like our annual summer picnic and holiday party.

- Prevention
- Other topics related to stroke
We also have a lending library which includes a post-stroke fitness video. We can guide you toward national organizations and newsletters about stroke.
PEER SHARING: Talking to someone who has suffered a stroke or who is caring for a stroke survivor may help you to cope and find that you are not alone.
