The Spiritual Care Advisory Board is seeking submissions for their upcoming book The Second Set of Hands: Practical and Spiritual Help for Parents with Kids in Need of Medical Attention. The book will contain stories of comfort and inspiration that acknowledge the spiritual needs of parents and children faced with illness.
We are looking for stories about the spiritual experiences of parents, grandparents and caretakers of children who have undergone medical treatment. If you or someone you know has had such an experience, you can submit your story for consideration by emailing it to Rev. Terry Culbertson, Spiritual Care Manager.
