Performing Arts and Sports Program

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at University Hospital offers a Performing Arts and Sports Program which specializes in rehabilitation for athletes, dancers, and musicians. The rehabilitation process integrates a comprehensive biomechanical assessment, the latest therapy techniques and equipment (Pilates, Isokinetics), for the dancer, musician, or athlete. Open communication is maintained with the Orthopedist, Athletic Trainer, and Dance or Musical Instructor.

Services are provided to performing artists and athletes of all ages and abilities from recreational to professional.

A physician's referral is required for
examination and treatment within this program.
