The Pediatric Gastroenterology Division provides outpatient and
inpatient evaluation and management of children with a variety of gastrointestinal,
liver and nutritional problems.
State-of-the-art equipment is used in the diagnosis and treatment of these children.
Services include:
- pH probe studies
- Endoscopies
- Esophageal and rectal motility studies
- Liver and rectal biopsies
- Testing for lactose and sucrose intolerance
- Nutritional counseling
Staff of this specialty division work together as a
team with all the other pediatric services to provide the highest
quality care for the children of Central New York.
