The Division of Pediatric Cardiology has developed a technologically advanced
cardiac referral center for the Central New York region. Fetal echocardiographic
consultations are performed, as well as intraoperative (transesophageal) echocardiography
studies, in association with the Division of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. Evaluations
and treatments of arrythmias in children and young adults are conducted by pediatric
cardiologists.
