Q: Do patients have a right to complain about service?

A: We want our patients to receive excellent healthcare and customer service. We are continuously working on ways to improve our services.  Patients are encouraged to contact our hospital’s Patient Relations Department  at 315 464-5597 with their concerns.  If patients are not satisfied with the hospital’s response they can take their concern to the NYS Department of Health or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
