Sleep Disorders Service
Provider
Dr. Culebras sees patients (over 5 years old) with all forms of sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy and sleep apnea. When indicated, patients will be tested at the Sleep Center of Community General Hospital.
Referrals
Referrals by letter are preferred. The inclusion of the results of previous studies is desirable. Letters should be addressed to:
