This center provides thorough neurological evaluations of patients with presumptive post-polio syndrome. Those with this syndrome are offered the skilled services of physical and occupational therapists for the attainment of the best possible physical functioning and for relief from discomfort. This center participates in clinical trials of new therapies for the post-polio syndrome.
