The Mindful Eating Program is a non-diet approach designed for those individuals who:
  • are chronic dieters
  • have struggled with their weight
  • have tried all the "latest and greatest" fads and gimmicks
  • have hit the diet bottom
Participants will learn to:
  • Respect & recognize their hunger
  • Enjoy foods, while naturally eating less
  • Cope with emotions without using food
  • Exercise for fun
  • Be at peace with their body

The Mindful Eating Program is a non-traditional approach to healthy weight loss and improved self-esteem.
