Breast Cancer Support Group

| Description
|
A support group for women diagnosed with breast cancer in the Central New York area. Topics include meditation, humor, massage therapy, spirituality, nutrition, herbal therapy, exercise, portfolio management, art therapy, communications, and using the internet to find quality information. Expert speakers present one of these topics weekly.

Pacemaker/ICD Support Group |
| Description |
The Cardiac Device patient/family support group is for patients and family members with an interest in learning more about living with their implanted cardiac device. This Group was developed as a means to provide education on cardiac device related topics while providing an opportunity to meet others who have mutual concerns and interest. Each meeting provides a topic related to the device patient and their family members.
The Cardiac Device patient/family support group is facilitated by an Upstate Medical University electrophysiology nurse specialist.
