Your First Appointment

Your initial appointment will usually be scheduled following a referral from your primary care physician. Please bring with you all medical records, X-rays, CT scans, pathology slides, etc., and current insurance information.

As a new patient, please allow 1-3 hours for your first visit and arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment so that we may complete the registration process before you see the physician. Subsequent visits may take less time, depending on your treatment plan. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each appointment. Complimentary lunches and beverages are available for your convenience.
