What to expect as a new patient
As a new patient, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire. Please bring a list of your current medications, if any, and the name and phone number of your primary care physician to the first appointment.Appointments will involve treatment of urgent problems (if necessay) followed by an appointment where diagnostics are done, with treatment to follow as indicated.
Eligibility
Our clinic services many populations: adults, elderly, special needs patients, and children.

- We will accept self-pay patients
