Located in Syracuse, NY, BTI is part of one of the nations largest travel management groups – BCD Travel Affiliates. BTI is the official travel agency for SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse.

BTI Travel offers the following services:

Personal Profile

Each traveler should complete or update a Personal Profile form by going to www.btitravelagent.com. This profile will need to be completed only once and reduces the time the traveler must spend during the reservation process and insures that the reservationist is aware of the traveler's personal preferences.

Once you are on the site, you will need a user name and password to log in. See the link for Site Administrator and complete the information to receive your user name and password.

Once you receive your user name and password, proceed to PROFILE and follow the links from Profile Settings through Travel Preferences and Arranger Settings. Information with a * is required information. Please remember to SAVE the information before proceeding to the next section.

At this time Upstate is not set up to book travel online. This site is for profile purposes only.
