Located in Syracuse, NY, BTI is part of one of the nations largest travel management groups – WorldTravel Partners-BTI Americas. BTI is the official travel agency for SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse.

BTI Travel offers the following services:

Each traveler should complete a Personal Profile form and submit it to BTI. The profile, once entered in the computer system, reduces the time the traveler must spend during the reservation process and insures that the reservationist is aware of the traveler's personal preferences.
