Duck Race To End Racism 2009
Team Upstate participated in the annual Duck Race to End Racism in June. Our 2009 duck featured Upstateās values of discovery, innovation, respect, integrity and community service.

Paige's Butterfly Run 2009
Upstate had the largest team with 56 runners/walkers at the 13th annual Paige's Butterfly Run in June. More than 1,200 participated in the event, and raised over $100,000 for pediatric cancer research and patient care.

Miracle Ride 2009
Upstate employees participated in the 15th Annual Miracle Ride for Children in May, to support pediatric services at Golisano Children's Hospital. Nearly 800 bikers enjoyed a 63-mile ride and barbeque, and raised over $60,0000.
