How to Apply

SUNY Upstate Medical University participates in both the MATCH and PASS programs.

Applicants must be graduates of North American Dental Schools accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Interviews are required, and visits from prospective candidates are welcomed. Every effort should be made to ensure that an application is filed prior to scheduling an interview.
