There are two Co-Directors of SUNYMAC
Dr. Frank Middleton
Is the Scientific Director, and is in charge of the core lab components, which include the Affymetrix genotyping and expression analysis lab, laser microdissection facility,
Agilent Bioanalyzer, and real-time PCR instrument. He also maintains the GeneTraffic data analysis server, and
consults with PI's on matters of experimental design and data analysis.
Ms. Karen Gentile
Is the Technical and Administrative Director, and operates all the Affymetrix core facility equipment, performs all of the RNA and DNA based assays in the lab, assists other labs in ordering reagents, and handles billing and finance.
